Profile: Practice Lead (various verticals) for Executive Search (Recruitment) firm

Location: Lower Parel (Mumbai)

Compensation: Fixed: 4 LPA – 5.5 LPA PLUS Attractive Incentives

• Develop the Practice from scratch
• Manage the complete Practice life-cycle from Business Development to Delivery
• Directly responsible for Business Development and P&L
• Directly responsible for the Delivery team and establishing Delivery processes
• Responsible for Research and Knowledge Management
• Assessing candidates through a process of skill assessments and interviewing techniques
