Compensation: Fixed: 4 LPA – 5.5 LPA PLUS Attractive Incentives
- Develop the Practice from scratch
- Manage the complete Practice life-cycle from Business Development to Delivery
- Directly responsible for Business Development and P&L
- Directly responsible for the Delivery team and establishing Delivery processes
- Responsible for Research and Knowledge Management
- Assessing candidates through a process of skill assessments and interviewing techniques
